Since there were going to be additional storms the next day and we were worried about water leaks, I think Maro personally went outside and did an emergency fix. I also requested that he inspect the roof for any potential dangers, and I was happy to pay extra for his crew to return and fix the roof. May I award six stars? My grandfather would have called it straight-dealing. He doesn't overpromise and follows through on his commitments. To put it simply, they are amazing. Recently, he returned to repair several shingles that were lost during a windstorm. My encounters have all been wonderful. He was prompt, efficient, and always went above and above. An excellent illustration of why mistakes occur and how to correct them. From the day he arrived to inspect the roof, Maro remained in close contact with everyone. Even though no one had yet to go, he contacted me to inquire on the status of the repairs. He told me the guys will be gone the next day and expressed regret for the misunderstanding.
