From start to finish a very easy process. Everyone is very professional and straightforward. They can even help direct you to financing options. A few phone calls and the new roof is installed. Felix communicates throughout the entire process. They started in the morning and by the afternoon the job was completed and cleaned up. I can’t recommend high enough. This is the call you need to make. Quality job and materials and several thousands less than the 3 other bids received.

What really stood out was their integrity—when something came up that wasn’t originally part of the agreement, they still took care of it without hesitation. Even more impressive, they came back just four days after the installation to follow up and make sure everything was done right. They kept their word and handled everything they said they would. Do not hire this gentleman and his company, he is a criminal, you will end up in trouble you will lose money and he will not finish his work, I have worked for him for many months and I have seen him as he has a very bad reputation and also does not pay his workers and the client suffers the damages there are many people who are suing him

I do not know if my first review went through.But I am writing this review to that everybody know that born to roof did an excellent job.... Felix was so personable , respectful and kind to me.He kept me on board with everything that they did.He made everything easy for me.Also I would like felix to know that ron des feels like he's an asset to this company.And I hope you let him know that I rhonda phillips highly recommended him

Felix was our main point of contact and was amazing! He was there on multiple occasions to verify the scope of work, and completed the roof job in one day. Very professional, and I will certainly use them again for other projects.

Felix and his crew were exceptional! I had my roof replaced and they added extra ventilation since mine was under ventilated. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone that I know. Great price plus honest and hardworking! We need more companies like this!

BTR did a fantastic fix on our roof. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they did the work quickly and efficiently. They showed up when they said and the quote was exactly what the job cost. It was a very neat repair. We Definitely will use them again for inside and outside work!

I will never use another roofing company, period. It looked like my roof had been messed up because of the way it was previously repaired. It’s a hundred years old. He showed up as expected to do the job just to let me know there was nothing wrong with the roof. He crawled in my attic space to make sure everything was correct and good. They were probably here an hour and half. Refused to accept money. He said no charge and it’s a pleasure to serve. I don’t know what you call honest, but he could have charged me a lot of money. How many people do that these days? I don’t know the answer to that question, but I trust Felix. Good guy.
